Stay TruAge-friendly at work: Welcome to the world of Morinda

AGEs at work

Living a TruAge-friendly lifestyle often isn’t easy, especially when you’re busy at work. But that doesn’t mean that you can't lower those AGEs while at work! Here are some tips on how to do just that.

1.    Keep TruAge products on hand: How can you forget to be TruAge-friendly when you have TruAge products at your workspace? You can’t! Take your daily dose of TruAge Max or Tahitian Noni Juice at the office, mix up a batch of Sugar Stop after a big lunch, or use various other Morinda beverages, supplements or other products.

Not only do all these products combat AGE formation, but they also serve as a daily reminder to make other healthy choices! After all, when you’re tempted by junk food around the office, that bottle of TNJ sitting on your desk will help give you the willpower to turn it down. Which brings us to …

2.    Pack some healthy snacks and meals: You’ll be hard-pressed to find an office place where employees don’t bring in boxes of donuts, cookies or other unhealthy snacks. And then there are the vending machines, which are mostly loaded with processed foods and sugary soft drinks.

Temptation is all around the work place, but you can think ahead by bringing healthy snacks and meals with you to work. Fruits and vegetables are particularly great to snack on throughout the day. And packing a healthy lunch will prevent you from falling into the trap of relying on fast food for your meals.

3.    Exercise during your lunch break: A number of employees here at Morinda like to get some exercise during their lunch break. Sometimes they work out in our free gym, go jog or ride bikes outdoors, or play basketball.

Now, you may not have all these options where you work (or available showers for afterwards, like here at our corporate headquarters), but you can still get some exercise during your break. It doesn’t even have to be an intense workout! Why not go outside for a nice walk during your lunch break?


4.    Take the stairs: If you’re working in a multi-story building, then you have a wonderful opportunity to get exercise every day: stairs! Sure, sometimes it can be tempting to just take the elevator, but taking the stairs every day is better for your health. So exercise those legs and get that heart rate up!
